2. Virtual consultations — We schedule a WhatsApp video call at your convenience (inform us of your city, keeping time zones difference in mind)
Our expert stylist discusses your needs, occasions, your body type, and preferences of the clothes you desire to customize and hence accordingly will show you the best options for the outfits.
3. Fabrics & Design collections — We share high-quality photos, videos, and swatches of fabrics, shades, linings, and styles directly on WhatsApp or via a secure link. Fabrics for various weather conditions and occasions needed to be worn for.
4. Measurements — We guide you through accurate virtual measurements ( clients can firstly see the measurement guidance in the link)

Later, according to our appointment, we will be there to guide you virtually (over a WhatsApp video call) while taking measurements together to get detailed measurements step by step. The process is very simple and may take app 10 minutes. You need a measuring tape and a person who can assist you.
5. Design Confirmation & — We create a digital preview/mockup of your garment for your approval.
6. Production & Quality Check Once approved, we handcraft your items in our workshop using premium materials, and with exclusive tailoring skills. Clothes once done, we check quality control before packing for courier.
7. Shipping & Delivery — We ship via reliable international couriers (DHL/FedEx) with tracking nos provided to clients. Delivery typically takes 5 -7 working days , depending on location.
We handle everything remotely with clear communication at every step. Many of our satisfied clients are in Europe, USA, Australia, and the Middle East.

Taking accurate measurements from your body, remotely is straightforward and proven effective. We provide detailed guidance so you achieve a perfect fit without visiting our shop.
OPTION 1: Guided self measurements (Most Common)
During a WhatsApp video call with us, our tailor walks you through 15–20 key measurements using a standard soft tape measure. We demonstrate on a mannequin or ourselves in real-time.
You only need a measuring tape and maybe a person (family/friend) who can assist measure you while we guide you over a WhatsApp call.
